Exclamation Does anybody else have problems with boost pressure jumping?

Maybe its my computer cuttin the fun off at a certain temp. or something. I'll just be riding around and want to have a little fun so I downshift to 3rd and go! The boost starts out at 15psi then falls to 14psi ....stays for a second or two......then drops to 10psi then back up to 11-13psi . Sorry for the runon sentence, had to give the aggrevating perspective that I get. Is this normal, cause I'm gettin ready to buy a boost controller and call it a day.
