I did a relocation to the trunk about a week ago,and car started fine 2 times in a row. After that it cant start it without a jump. All it does is make a clicking sound when i try to crank it.Battery is still the oem one and is 5yrs old goin on 6 now.

Change it out, pretty soon you wont be able to start it, even with a jump.
its actually having a hard time starting even with a jump..As soon as i turn it off,and try to turn it back on,it has a hard time starting
I thought it might be my connections when i relocated the battery
I had a really bad experience with my battery. I went in the mall, came out, and car wouldn't start. In the process of cranking it over, it blew a fuse,(some fuse that blows in such cases) and not even a jump could crank her over. Finally, a friend brought a booster pack over and she started up. Brought it to the shop, and tested the battery. The battery had 40 CCAs. It should have 580.
/story.
the long run to the trunk requires more power. just the way it is. you shouldn't have a stock battery in the truck w/ out a sealed battery box either.
next time push start if it dont jump.
Well the red power wire is connected properly and defenatly has juice.if I connect jumper cables to the battery and take the other ends on the cables and rub them off each other,I don't get any sparks or anything.but if I try it on my brother car I get sparks
also i the black wire from the trunk grounded, and is the only ground as well..would that be an issue?

depends what its grounded to and size of wire. The strut tower is the best grounding point in the trunk. I got 2 oms from rear tower to engine block.
