Default coolant splashing/spilling on passenger side---help

Need some input here. My SRT4 has 24000 miles on it. About 3 months ago, I took my car in because I was having to add water/coolant to the overflow bottle often because it was dissapearing. The dealer pressure tested the system and replaced the cap, they said it was the problem. a couple weeks later, I took a couple autocross runs, and had coolant splashed all over the inside of the wheel well. I figured the dealer might have overfilled the system and the cornering was causing the coolant to spill out of the drain tube. Well, there is still splashed coolant appearing on the firewall (although a lot less) after autocross runs. I havent seen any spillage after normal driving, no puddles, and the car's temperature remains rock steady within a pretty narrow range in the middle, even during close back to back autocross runs. Is it possible the fluid is till a bit overfull and its still just getting splashed out? This was about the 4th event after the cap replacement/pressure test and it still shows splashes after runs. The other question I have is, can coolant harm any of the rubber boots/parts that i gets splashed on that are under the bottle? THe reason I am asking is, my car was also just serviced recieveing a new steering rack, as it completely failed and would not hold power steering fluid a while back. It now has a whole new steering assembly, just wondering if that occasional spilled coolant can harm anything else. Lemme know, guys....Im scratching my head here.

I had the same problem, just not solution. I think it was just because there was to much coolant/water in it. And i just got mine from the dealer and it happened like a week or so after and it stop doing it now

If it only happens when you autocross..Possibly the coolant is getting hotter and expanding into the overflow tank....Then as take corners the g-force causes it to spill out............Maybe...........
