Hey i was just at a light today making a left turn and my car just started run shitty and when i was taking off to turn when i pressed on the gas it was fluttering out and threw a code "P0030 HO2S Heater Control Circuit (Bank 1 Sensor 2)" , and i changed my plugs around and wires and it wasnt that, it smells gas out the exhaust any one know whats up?

Either the Upstream O2 sensor is completely crap or the wiring to it is.

would that affect how my car runs, casue its fluttering out when i rev it? And where would i buy this O2 sensor would it be the same as all the regualer o2 sensros on the car?
