Default can't get passed 5000rpm!!

i need help. just installed stage three green turbo, crane 14's, extrude honed intake, 750 rcs, and 62mm throttle body. it used to go really lean then bog down pig rich at around 4500rpm and we changed the 2 sensors on the throttle boday and it fixed that but now it wont go past 5000rpm at 16psi and when i turn it up it doesnt even hit 5000rpm! we think it might be the sensor on the intake manifold, we are changing that tomoro. what do you guys think? i did put down 330hp and 350trq at 4800rpm at 16psi already i just want to fix this to get more haha
