So car threw cam position sensor..but car idles at 800rpm and drives fine, no 2100 rpm limiter its just at idle the car is lopy with a 12-14 on the vac gauge not 18. SHould I change the sensor, the caer only runs bad at idle...help. all my ignition(plugs,wires and coil are good also.

I'd change it, they are cheap. If you threw the code chances are it's shot. When it gets really bad the car won't start or will take forever to crank over and then run like crap.
