Default BOV cap blew off?!?!?! help please!

So i was pulling ahead of a R32 and a heard a pop, my bov didn't make the normal sound anymore and i believe its the factory bov.. right there on the turbo. Anyways when i went to look at it the cap that screws on was hanging down (connected to the red little tub). I screwed it back on but the problem still exists

I was wondering if there are any internal parts that probably would have fallen out or something? right now the air from the turbo is just comming out of the bov whenever i accelerate or whatever.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks
