When tightening number 4...the one directly under the car. Be careful because I am aalmost 100% positive there is some plastic under the clamp...when I tightened mine I heard a little creaking plastic sound. Can anyone verify? We don't want people tightening it to tight and cracking the plastic.
i'm having trouble adding the revised pic w/ numbers to the FAQ under SRT4 maintenance. the "attach" command is visible, and shows as a hyperlink, nivvo.
can someone please list the size coupling that fits on our turbos?
In the VFAQ link, it's 2.5" outer diameter, is ours the same size?
If so, is this equivalent to a 2" I.D.?
Thanks!

Can someone give me advise as how to reach the number 3 clamp...do you have to jack up the car to get to it?
you do not have to jack thew car up. might need a 1/4" small handle ratchet and 8mm socket with small 1/4" extension. intake pipe must come off also. feel for it. Do it while the car is cool.
this is a leak on some cars as far as the hoses go and most over looked since its in a tight/hot spot.
Thanks, I think i might go try to get toit...i thinik i have a leak but it comes and goes...my boost gauge needle shakes violently when i am under full boost. It never did this. I just came back from camping and started up my car and went for a ride and now it doesn't do it. Do leaks come and go??
I've gotta say this is the most troubling problem I've ever encountered on a turbo car. I've seen GN's whip up to 30 psi and NEVER have this kind of issue. My turd, has not seen more than 10 psi in months and it's making me nuts. All summer 5 to 9 psi. WTF. I yanked all the piping off last weekend and no holes nothing. I cleaned the surfaces and reinstalled everything and it still won't make any boost beyond 9 sometimes 10 psi. First gear the car makes a ridiculous 5 Psi.
I'm running a boost leak checker this weekend with somemore umph as the bike pump wasn't enough to generate the psi I needed to hear where it's leaking at. If I can't find this thing I'm gonna blow it to the moon then DCX can give me a new one. What a PITA.
