Hey guys I was wondering if it is normal to only be hitting about 11 psi on a stock 03 SRT because that is what I am hitting now. I just uninstalled a manual boost controller where I was running 14-15 psi. I ordered a new Boost controller so I reverted back to stock. My buddy says 03-04 should be running 14.5 psi stock and he drives an 04. I am worried about my current level of only 11 psi. Any help would be appreciated.
I'm having the same problem... only I live in PA where it's been around 30°F and thought it was just the weather... problem is... it warmed up to 50 the other day, and I STILL only got about 10psi. That and I keep hearing this metallic ringing or vibration when I'm a part throttle, and the boost gauge sticks all the damn time. For all I know I could be hitting 13psi and falling to 10 but the gauge sticks at 5, so I smack it and then it shows 10...
What temps are you seeing down in florida lately... are you haveing any other strange things happen... and what gas are you useing...

I'm getting the same 10# or so, but up here, it is quite a bit cooler.
It has warmed up over the last few days, but the boost has remained the same.
Yesterday I realized that my boost gauge was fubar'd. It was showing 10 on the vac side when off - so the dealership ordered me a new gauge. They are also trying to get me my trunk dressup that I never got with the car.
The metallic ringing is the turbo. (I think) I've had it since new, but since I installed S1, it has turned to more of the typical high pitched whine you would associate with turbos. Why it changed - beats me.
Hopefully the new gauge rectifies things. Also have a Hallman MBC and a WGA coming too.

It has been average down herein florida. Only a couple of cool days so mostly not so bad. I run 93 octane gas. I have put some injector cleaners in the tank a couple times but I Have 12,000 miles on my car so I thought I should clean them out some. Is the green line the vaccuum line because thats where my old boost controller was attached. I put it back to stock but still and in 2nd gear Im only hitting about 9 psi. This is crazy I have to talk to dodge if Im supposed to be running 14.5 and I can only hit 11.

i was hitting 9psi the other night in second gear then it would move up to 10 around 4500rpm
that was at -9 outside
at +2-7 it runs higher boost
reset your ecu.. just disconnect the batter... you boost is electonically controlled if your dont have a mbc... your right you should be hitting higher than 10... mine stock hit 14.. now its 17(hold) with a hmbc.... make sure your not leaking anywhere.. and be sure every 2 months or so to tighten the upp on the tb .. massive wheel hop or heavy launches over time will loosen the clamp and cause leeks and eventually youll pop it off and have a na lol.. been there done that.. sucks if your on the road and have to pull over and fix it in the dark... let me know if that fixs your prob

I've had my car for about 2 months now, and the highest i've seen is a little over 14 maybe 15 when the car was newer. Now I usually see anywhere from 12-14 since the ecu has learned the car. I also hear that ringing sound when under heavy boost. I just assume its the turbo....i dont think its a problem.
are we talking about where boost holds? or where boost spikes?
is your boost guage accurate? when i had a sticky boost gauge, i was off by +2psi & +2 hg-in. had me holding boost @ 13lbs & vac rested (normally) @ 16 hg-in
replacement stock gauge has me holding boost @ 10-11 during 60degF on up, and vac rests @ 20hg (sometimes 22).
the replacement factory boost gauge i have now is definitely more accurate than the 1 that came orig frm the factory
