blown turbo seals...throwing oil

when i was getting my oil changed guy came out and said it looked like i had blown a seal and was throwing oil...no mods and car has ben running fine with no issues...i did not se any oil on or around the turbo or anywhere lese in the engine bay...any info would help.

Take it to a different shop to check... They could be cruising for a quick screw job. Don't bend over to pick up the soap.

how exactly do you check your seals to see if they are bad? what are the most common symptoms?
