Blowing engine relay fuse

This is for my friend, not my car. He keeps blowing the 15amp engine relay bsi fuse. He says everytime he turns the car to the second position the fuse will blow...so no start. Any ideas? I'm assuming something is grounded out that shouldn't be...but not even close to sure of where to start looking.

I just looked under the hood of my car and could not find what fuse he was talking about...I'ma try to get a hold of him.

Ok got ahold of him...it's the number 10 fuse in-cabin.
