take your Surge valve off, there might be a tear in the rubber or might even be a broken bolt on the valve to the turbo(<---had that happen)

Is this at partial throttle? If you let off the gas at partial throttle boost or just unboost but remain accelerating some you will get some compressor surge. It's not that bad though. It's only if every time you blow off you get that noise that it's bad. Check your vac lines and make sure everything is hooked up right, and you may want to check the turbo play, the turbo may be on the way out.
