Bad Headlights, Again.

This is the 4th time that I need the headlights replaced. Not the bulbs but the headlight assembly itself, it gets fine crack's thruout, they start small then spread like spiderweb. Cannot figure out what causes it. I have the sylvania bulbs but this happend twice before I put them in and I dont slam the hood down. The dealership keeps replacing them, but it gets old sitting in the waiting room.

Heh I have to call my dealer for the same stupid thing.... Cracks a buddy had the same problem on his 04 spidered like heck. No idea why but going to try to remember to call tomorrow about them.
