Default backfire when going to step on it

when im cruising and go to step on it, the car back fires and makes a loud popping sound. Have to ease into full throttle. Any suggestions or comments?

If you have any kind of aftermarket wga or anything u aren't really suppose to go WOT untill above 3k rpms.....too much PTB will cause a backfire, also try gapping down your plugs maybe too?
