Default anyone tired of oil leak?? lemon law

i know most of you guys have catch cans and probably dont care. i had dave from dynoworks put mine on and then take it off cause i didnt feel like i should have to monitor that stupid thing. ive taken it to several dealers who made attempts to fix it but they all tell me there is no solution to the oil leak problem. so i have a lemon law attorney involved now and we asked dodge to buy the car back or else we will sue them. we are waiting for a response. ive had nothing but problems with this stupid car and really regret buying it. hopefully ill just get my money back and learn my lesson. anyone else here go for the lemon law on that?

My engine produces heat. I feel like I am wasting my money having a radiator, fan and coolant, etc. on my car. I took it to the dealer but they told me that they cannot prevent fire from being hot. My bicycle doesn't produce heat. Why does my car have to? I want my money back.

You're in the minority here Ed--the catch can is the solution; you wanted a performance car, which means you have to get off your butt once in a while to monitor it. This is a requirement for anyone owning a turbo-charged motor. Good luck with your litigation--I'm sure you'll love Hyundai's 100000 mile warranty: they have 0 nada zip problems with their cars

Quite your crying you lazy ninny. This is a problem that is typical of turbo charged cars. Maybe you should just stick with public transportation so you don't have to monitor the gas gauge either.

Another one of the lamest threads ever. I want to give the man who allowed the car to be produced a hug not a law suit. If you don't like the car sale it. There are a ton of us who love the car. Cheap-fast-good. Pick any two. Good and cheap is Kia. Good and fast is Corvette. Cheap and fast is the SRT-4.

The gauge in my car keeps going up and down. Its the one with F on top and E on the bottom. If I put gas in it it solves the problem for a little while but I am tired of it always going down. I may try to lemon law it.

You guys check your oil level? Honestly I haven't touched my car at all for the 55,000 miles of her life. Should I actually check the oil level or just have someone else do it? Does the hood even open?

Laziness = engine being blown the fuck up

Drive a Honda and get your oil changed at the dealer....bye.

No No if this lazyass can not even check a catchcan he does not even need a car. Like I said in my first post Public Transportation is the way to go for him.
