Default agp delta complete problem

me and a friend installed my delta complete 44lb wheel by the book. had the tune tweaked a little by agp and the car ran great for about 3 weeks. then the # 2 injector stuck wide open. agp replaced it for free, but ever since the car has been off. a/f is random, when i come to a stop and push the clutch in it leans out to unreadable and just about shuts off then recovers. theirs a lean mis when i get back on the gas in between gears and a rich mis off the gas between. its almost like the pcm is confused. i relpaced o2, plugs, wires, coolant temp.sensor, removed the cat. took it to a motorsports shop, they said it could be the tune. i really done think so, i dont see how a tune can change. any help or suggestions would be great.
