I left the rpm's preset at 4,000 but it pretty much blew right by it. It seemed like it tried to start cutting the ignition almost 1,000 rpm's sooner then 4,000and you could hear it cutting but the rpm's would only bounce for probably a millisecond and keep rising at the same pattern.
I dont think that running the msd tach driver opposed to not would make any difference but now im not 100% sure.

without the fuel cut proportional and integral control is a bit tricky.we may be able to make it work with just ignition only but it is working great as of right now with fuel and spark.

Well, you have to make sure you wired the tach adapter right, but as long as you followed our diagram, it should be fine.
If you can send me videos of your tach, I can try sending you a custom load with the gain settings changed. We might be able to reel it in and make it stable. It might just require some tuning. I can also try and give you a controller so you can try tuning it yourself...
hmm... interesting. looks good to me, other than perhaps it could use a tad lower Kp and a little less Ki so that it won't overshoot as much. I try to make the system "over-damped" so that it has a response like the red curve in this figure:
well it doesnt overshoot enough to bother me, and the only other setting I tried was default, everything was the same except for boost was at 5psi.
im happy
Just finished my big turbo setup and decided to install the wotbox & 2step right away.
I must say, I am very, VERY surprised how well it works and what wonders it does........wotbox is simply a crazy mod to have and I really couldnt believe I was freaking powershifting, its like nothing, it was like I shifted at 2400rpm and not actually powershift @ 6500rpm. Really, WOW.
What to say about the 2step, it just put a big ass smile on my face.
