Checked the splice connection with a multimeter and Im showing no change with the clutch in or out..BUT the car will start!! Why would the car start if the switch wasnt working - if you get this, Phrozen, try and call me - Gabe 702.308.1922! Im still up..
The car will start if it is broken. The upstop switch is mainly used for cruise control. It is different than the starter interlock switch which is used to prevent the car from starting.
Does it show constant 0 volts or constant 12V?
Double check that you have the right wire tapped. This is what the connector should look like:
Also, try disconnecting the WOT Box and probing the connection again with it disconnected. The car won't start, but you should be able to rule out the WOT Box causing any problems with the signal.

Yeah. It is tough to get down under there. You can also grab the signal at the PCM, if that would be easier....
Lastly, email support@n2mb.com and you can get a faster response since both Jay and I are reading that on our phones, laptops, sneakers and blenders...

I have only heard of spark blowout at WOT, how can your tell i am getting blowout at idle? The "pops" from the exhaust? I have NGK 4306's that are gaped at .034, i checked them a month ago and they were fine.

those odd ball pops you here are the plugs fowling and not burning right you may want to try to gap them different. not trying to make you nervous but that can pop a motor over time. what are your mods i can possibly give you a good idea where to start your gapping and go from there.

I am stage 3 W/O toys and then lots of bolt-ons(full exhaust, cai, fmic, ed pipes w/hks bov, msd coil & wires and few other thing that have nothing to do with the motor) You think a slightly larger gap would be better for idle? I haven't tried to much experimenting with plug gaps.
Finished up the install and all I can say is WOW. This thing kicks ass! WOT shifting (Which I don't normally do) was SO easy to do~ It was like just one continuous surge of power (from a stock a stock car, lmao. The 256 will be going in soon).
Install was ok- I hit a few snags but they were my own fault. Pretty simple. Thanks man
