Well today i got to test my WOT BOX with the 2-step, and this is what my face looked like haha This device is out of control, every time it revs up it puts a smile on my face!
I am debating on buying two of these or just the one I already ordered. I am still contemplating though..... I will be buying a built motor here soon along with a built tranny from pwerks. I was planning on putting the stockish motor I have now in a 1gen neon and making it my daily. Then again I am now debating on putting the motor in the 1gen and making the srt a daily....gosh I dunno. I guess either way a WOT box is good for both worlds. Having a 400ish srt for daily and a who knows what for the weekend warrior race track.
I believe the 1st gen Neon may not have the clutch upstop switch. You should verify that before you order. If you don't have it, you will need to add your own clutch switch.
I know the 2nd gen Neon has it.
Also, the installation will be slightly different on a non-SRT motor, but it will still work. We'll walk you through it.

Thanks!
well I would be putting the srt4 motor I have in my car now in the 1gen once i get the built motor so wiring would be the same. Just the clutch switch would be needed, but not a problem. I will verify everything and call before I order another.

well i have been playing around with the 2-step and found out some interesting things. First when i program 1 blink it puts me at 2k rpms instead of the 3k the instructions say, no prob at all but must be a new software update since they were printed. Also when i had it set at 2k rpms my check engine light came on, i checked the codes and got P0201,P0202,P0203,P0204. Those are all fuel injector codes which makes sense i would get them because the amount of time the injectors are being cut is far greater set at a low 2k rpms. Just though i would post the results up for people to see

yep it will more than likely set those codes if you do it under 3k..having fun with the box?

x2 kinda, but no codes thrown for me
i adjusted the 2-step and then went to normal driving then WOT and all gears i would get fuel cut and couldn't go past 4500rpm i was upset, but then i went through the troubleshoot steps and then tested again from a stop and a roll and everything went back to normal,
received mine on monday, very fast shipping, but i didnt get the heat shrinks with it, so i was wondering where i can buy them. radio shack? is there a certain size i need?

Sorry, we ran out of heat shrink at one point. You only need them for one splice, which you can do with electrical tape if that is all you have. The size you probably want is 5mm or 0.2" pre-shrink.
Got mine Tuesday; sucks that I'm at stupid Army predeployment training right now. Eh, I get back in a few weeks so I'll install it then and run it on Sep 5. Thanks for shipping it out so fast!!
Out of curiousity, how many of the 250 units have sold so far?
