Default Thanks Jay

The shift light works great, I have the wire running up the A-pillar and the little LED sticks out the top and really isnt noticable until it lights up. Then it flashes right were it needs to be in my vision so I dont have to take my eyes off the road. I didnt even have to mount it because it fits tight.

My hookup was a little different because I had to use 4-& 7+.

One thing I have noticed though, even with the new software and having the 2 step set at 4000rpms. I can only get 1-2psi of boost. Is this because I have a 50 trim or would there be something else I should look at?

awesome take a pic if you can!

as far as the boost goes..the higher you go the more boost you will make but 2 psi sounds a tad low.. what spring do you have in the gate? you may also need to peek a gander at your piping and stuff and make sure you dont have a boost leak

No boost leak (checked) but I do have the light spring in the gate, I will change that out today.

I left my digital camera at a friends house the other day but I will take a pic shortly. Not really much thats visable though except for a tiny clear bulb that barely pokes out from the top of the A-pillar. Its a blue light but the LED itself is clear in color.

Total cost that I had to buy was $4.98.
from Radioshack
PN-276-1427-crimp type D-sub connector=2.19
PN-276-1513-D-sub hood=2.79

That lets you make your own serial cable and use only the pins you need, with any wire you have laying around (takes longer for the soldering iron to heat up than it does to make it). I was going to buy a cable and cut it in half but they wanted $20 for it and I didnt want to wait on one from the internet. I had a blue LED sitting here already.
