Scammed by Brojo521 of over $4500+++: ALL Vendor's BEWARE!!!
Never would I imagine I would have to make such a thread but this was pushed way too far and this person scammed the wrong group of guys. John Brown aka Brojo521 came to us N2MB Racing to receive performance parts & labor to his 05 white ACR SRT-4. Coming all the way from Ohio, we assumed it was a priveledge for someone to come great lengths to have us take care of his performance needs. What a nightmare & financial trainwreck this has caused us!!
Since June 23, 2006 after John Brown received his Kinetic turbo kit, supporting mods & labor he and his wife have been battling their charges with paypal fighting back their money.
Jun. 23, 2006 Payment From mary brown Completed Details $3,275.00 USD -$95.28 USD $3,179.72 USD
They fought back the funds, Paypal put a hold on all of our funds and we we back & forth for WEEKS until we received RECORDED proof that THEY were fully responsible for their payment. They first stated they blew the engine of their car with our labor Nice try, we have the 20min recorded msg proving you were COMPLETELY at fault for your damage and we are owed back our money. John Brown signed an affidavit, faxed it to Paypal and in turn, paypal returned our funds.

Paypal issued their credit card a chargeback and our paypal account refuses to do anything about it. Now we are out thousand's of dollar's, paypal will no longer fight with us and we are now pursuing legal action and WILL be suing these two individuals!
John aka Brojo521, When and IF you read this. We promise you will not get away with scamming us. We were VERY professional with you and your wife, we accepted your lies, we recorded your conversation with Jay, we have ALL of your private messages saved. we PROMISE you we seek ALL of our owed money and YOU will be fully responsible for our Legal fees.
So now I warn ALL SRTForums vendors, members & Ohio residents...stay clear from this person.

We really got screwed over. Because of this, we no longer accept paypal and we just implemented a brand new financial security system to help protect this from ever happening again. FUCK paypal and their bullshit policies. ANYBODY can go on there, pay $3,000 for services and get their money back. It's a HUGE scam!

He won't get away with this. Hozay and Jay if there is anymore information you need, contact me via cell phone. You know what I can find out and I will be more then happy to help you both.
I've already started a background investigation on him (dmv records, credit history, residency, etc) I know alot about this guy already. Hopefully I'll learn alot more with some internet help.
We're not looking for trouble, we just want our money.
