i beleive the car has a clutch switch like the evo since it has cruise control which needs to turn off if you tap the clutch
That's good to know. Take a look at your car and let me know if its there. Even better would be if you can check out the wiring diagram or probe the wires to see how it works. It should work regardless of the configuration. It can be normally open or normally closed. Our software won't mind.
I'd like to compile a list of cars with acceptable clutch switches already installed. They would be very helpful for us.
$339 is a bit steep for most. Maybe a "lite" version that doesn't have all the above features and sell it for less? Only hard core racers want/need all the tuneability and history. Otherwise it looks good. You should also post some vids of it in action
I guess I thought that too, but I also thought, how will the average user know how long it takes them to shift? I know I have no idea how fast I am. So the idea of pulling up a graph of your last shifts and then adjusting your cut time as your shifts improve seems very useful to me.
Way to over priced. I like the idea, i am sure it works good as everything from you guys has, but way over priced.
LOL. How in the world can you possibly say that its overpriced? Have you used it? Have you looked into building your own? Do you have any idea what this idea is really worth? Its worth a few tenths in the 1/4 and a few hundred - thousand in tranny parts.

it may be really important if you are a pro, but no to me that I go to the track every 3 or 4 months.

True that. I can't wait to see what it does for the big laggy turbos. I bet more than a "few" tenths.
Plus, what does a tranny rebuild cost, $1k? We're saving you that... :-)
Honestly dont change a thing man. If people wont pay, than let them lose out. There are hundreds that will pay...or atleast will pay once they get a ride in one

Even then, how will you know how to set it up? So far we've been going by feel, but I think it will be a lot easier with graphical feedback.
I've also heard of people WOT shifting on the street. Of course, our product isn't approved for street use...

I know that feeling. It was awesome in the SRT. I can't wait to get some time to fix my SRT so I can put one on my own car! But right now the WOT Box comes first. My loss, your gain.
