Feel free to ask questions in this thread. I will add all the answers to your questions to the website above, so there should be no reason to plow through this thread for information.
Thanks for bearing with us on the long road of development and testing!
UPDATE - 7/2/07
Here's what the final units will look like! Everything is in stock. We should be shipping orders in a few days... :-)
UPDATE - 6/19/07
The boards are nearly complete. The parts have shipped and will arrive tomorrow at the assembler. The assembly should start on Thursday. We've got a 5-day turn on the assembly, so the finished boards should ship out by the 28th, if not earlier.
Once they show up at my door I'll head down to Jay's and we'll do the final assembly, packing and shipping. Orders should ship out the same day or next day.
So, things are moving and we'll be shipping orders really soon.
I'll post up as each of the steps progress.

UPDATE!!!
We've discovered that there IS a clutch upstop switch on the SRT! That means that the WOT Box will not need a new clutch switch. Instead, we will just tap into the existing wiring!
Not only will this make the installation much easier, it has lowered our production costs.
So, we've decided to pass that savings on to you and lower the price to $299 shipped!
Now you get an easier installation and a lower cost product!
Here is a picture of a prototype of the plastics. The final plastics will be in translucent blue, so the blue LED will shine right through...
What's that serial port on the side of the box for?
We are currently developing a slick windows interface for the WOT Box. With it, you'll be able to download a history of your previous 200 WOT shifts, get your average shift time and program the exact ignition kill time you want. You'll also be able to upgrade the firmware on your WOT Box as we develop new features and improve performance. We were going to charge $99 for the computer interface, but now we're going to throw it in for free. How great is that?
$339 is a bit steep for most. Maybe a "lite" version that doesn't have all the above features and sell it for less? Only hard core racers want/need all the tuneability and history. Otherwise it looks good. You should also post some vids of it in action
Wow! little bit more than I was expecting but then for what you get it is well worth it. If it can save the tranny or at least prolong a failur then hell yes! Let alone easier WOT shifts and better times overall!
Odd question and not sure where to ask it but I see that it is an ignition interrupt more than anything. I know from passed experience that flame thrower kits are ignition interrupts, any of you guys try this thing at night and see if it makes a larger fireball? I know, rice, but would be a nice little touch, LOL! At 6k RPM's even a few milliseconds has to dump a lil extra fuel in the system.
How involved is the install? The bracket for the clutch pedal a bolt in deal or do you have to modify anything? Pics of the kit would be a great thing as well as detialed pictures of the install as to where best to wire into! Does it work with all forms of piggybacks and standalones with no downside? Thanks!!

"The Cobalt firmly grabs you and whisks you along your way instantly. It does so with authority and poise, but while slipping relatively unnoticed through traffic, never being violent, or dare I say it, frightening. When you ask the SRT-4 to take you somewhere fast, it punches you in the face, throws you over its shoulder, and runs, screaming, so quickly that its tires can barely keep up."
Well, considering stage one costs over $400 now and doesn't provide nearly as big of gains as our module, we figure we're at a good price point. On our test SRT-4 we added the equivalent of 25 - 30 HP. $10/ HP is a pretty good deal...
We were thinking of the idea of making the cable an option, but even if you don't use the advanced programming features, it will be useful for loading software upgrades. That way your box should be future proof. You don't have to worry about buying a box now and us coming out with improvements in a few months that make your box obsolete. Just grab our latest software from the website, flash and go!

The evo definitely shot big fireballs out the exhaust...
We'll work on getting pictures of the box and the install soon.
The install is easy. It's a total of 5 wires. The clutch switch bracket will be custom CNC'ed for the SRT, so it will bolt right in. The EVOs are luckier. They already have the clutch switch from the factory!
will these work on a car that has a MSD DIS-2 ignition ? and pictues and videos will be nice too!
and yeah 2 vesions should be out one with the data log , and one with out.

Well I am one of those that will have to save a bit for it, but for the end results i think your pricing is very fair considering the work that went into this, and the performance gains are well worth it to the serious. Thanks for a killer performance part the no one else has!
