You may need to lower the overboost setting. Your MAP sensor may not be getting all the way to 18.5 psi, so it is able to boost over the overboost because the sensor never reads above 18.5. Try lowering the overboost to 18.3 or 18.2.
Ok. So with the gain set at '0' boost has remained constant.. I am now beginning to tune it by rpm.... I like having full control...

yes sir : its great having true boost by gear per rpm control... tuning is a breeze now.. takes most/all of the guess work out of it.. keep the good times coming..
someone link me to the latest software as im at my gf house and im going to use her laptop to turn the boost down as the weather is cold as hell here.

it still boosts the same but i can get traction at all in 3rd. Controlling boost with this is not very good at all to tell you the truth on my car so im just going to store the car for the winter as frankly im sick of it and loosing interest in it.
