Sure. Right now it is setup to only control boost at WOT. When you are at anything less than WOT, the boost target it set to 0, so you make only the wastegate pressure. Without this, some smaller turbos would make too much boost while in closed loop at part throttle and the engine would go lean. With this simple control, the boost won't exceed your waste gate spring pressure (minimum pressure) until you floor it.
In future releases we are going to expand on this and make a full compensation table that allows you to smoothly tailor the amount of boost you get for the throttle position. For now, it works pretty well at being driveable and still perform.
so the plan is to be able to adjust the boost through out the rpm range in each gear in later software versions?
because that would be awesome
and the no partial throttle boost feature is nice too

Should be fine. Which wiring do you have? The only thing I would recommend for the WOT Box is to swap the clutch switch input and add the crank position sensor input, if you are running the really old wiring. That way you can run the latest WOT Box software. The ignition coil wiring does not matter as much. Any of the options will work.
Yeah I'm running the original wiring config. If memory serves me correctly, if I just swap the clutch input to the crank position sensor, I'll have the 2-step feature without the fuel cut right?
Nice, seems pretty simple to setup...do we change any of the lines going to the turbo? Also, did any orders placed today get shipped out? I can't wait to install and try it out!
huh, now i assume it wont work with the DSP boost feature?? since it uses PCM control boost?? i have my boost turned up with my DSP, so i guess i wont need a boost box, but man is that an awesome toy!! or do i need to sell my DSP...lol thanx!! great job!!

Just 2. You need a WOT Box to get the 2-step and no lift shift and you need a Boost Box to get the boost control.
We are offering a combo discount if you order both right now. The total is $330 + $9.99. If you ordered them separately, they'd be $189 + $9.99 + $169 + $9.99.... So you are saving almost $40 by ordering both now.

Yes, yellow wire to the cam position sensor. Green wire to the clutch. And yes, you will have ignition cut only.

It will work with the DSP or any other tuner. It doesn't use the PCM to control boost. It directly controls the WGA solenoid to control boost, just like other EBCs. So, it will take the boost control away from the PCM / DSP, but everything else remains under the control of the PCM / DSP.
Was anything ever figured out to run a different solenoid. I took mine out and really didn't want to try to wire them back in if I could just use a different solenoid to make this work

You can use whatever solenoid you want. The Boost Box can drive up to 30 amps, so anything will work.
