Won't work in 1.26. In 1.27 and later releases that will work.

I have some ideas on how to remove the learning range entirely so that we won't have this problem in the future. That'll be nice down the road, but it requires a bit of thought....

Also, try reducing Ki to 100 to get it to increase the boost faster.

All is good i set the learning range at 4psi and lowered the spring pressure number it had learned back down so it is right back to where i want it.I have the Ki at 75 now and it seems fine, also is it going to learn a higher spring pressure and lower the boost again or was it the fact i was mechanically raising the spring pressure without changing anything in the boost box causing it to do this.....BTW should i start using 1.27.

Not if you don't need to. You need 1.27 if you have a different MAP / TIP.

1.28 will be the next release for everyone. We're testing it now.

If you want to give it a try, it is here:
http://www.npcompleteperformance.com..._GUI_v1.28.exe

The main additions are:

* Boost by gear and RPM
* Dual Boost Setup tables that can be switched by holding down the button on the boost box for greater than 3 seconds
* 2.25, 3.0, 3.5 and 5.0 bar sensors are all supported and any combination of MAP and WG sensors are allowed.
* The TOP and bottom surface of the wastegate can be controlled (but not both), however, all of our vacuum diagrams are setup for bottom control. Please leave this option set at bottom for now.
* Boost can be started based on TPS or MAP, if the TPS input isn't working or there is no OBD.
* Ki has been replaced by gain. 0 is none, 1 is minimum, 2 is default, 12 is max gain (super high).
* Shift light is in there.

I haven't had a chance to try it on my car yet, so use caution.

It adjusts the learning rate.

Increase the gain to speed up the rate at which boost errors are eliminated and to
increase the boost held to redline.

Decrease the gain to reduce boost overshoot and oscillations.

Also, it is the opposite of Ki in the previous release. I thought it was confusing to have it as it was in the previous release, so I inverted it.

stupid ?, but do i TAP into the BLUE wire on the TIP sensor or the purple/white?

Not sure if this would effect my boost controller but i have my 3bar map sensor tapped into my tip for a 5v source... is that ok?

man im loosing my mind tuning this thing. Im probrably going to blow my car up from tuning it so much. I lowered my Wga tension and im finally hitting 10psi in first, 14 in second and for the life of me i cannot hit over 19psi in 3rd or 4th. I even lowered my spring pressure in the software and it does nothing. I got 3rd and 4th set at 25psi and it wont come close to it. 6

How many pulls do i have to do till it learns? ive must of done at least 6 pulls in each gear and it did nothing really. Only thing that i can see wrong here is that the software is showing

Map -10psi (3bar map)
Tip 0.1psi
OBD MAP 14.7 psi ( im guessing the stocker??) should i disable this somehow??

I'm going to be purchasing the boost box soon, and was wondering what would be good decent priced boost solenoid to use with an external gated car?
