Where'd it go?

You can use any pressure sensor you might have, like an extra MAP sensor or anything. It can be 2.25 bar as well, since the 2nd sensor won't need to measure high pressure. But, you will need two pressure sensors.

The coarse control worked great. Everything was boosting solid within about 0.5 - 1 psi. But, the fine control was still funky. I need to fix the fine control to get rid of that 0.5 - 1 psi of error. I've got new code ready to try. I'll post up when it is tested...

good deal, so i have the electrical update done, but the tip i dont quite understand, do i just tee from the line going from the wastegate to the solenoid or from solenoid to turbo?

It gets T'd in between the solenoid and the WGA, as close to the WGA as possible.

If you are using the TIP sensor, then you want to leave stock solenoid connections in place and just disconnect the red line from the intake and extend the hose to reach the T in the WGA control line. That way the PCM is still able to measure atmospheric pressure when it wants to.

We'll have updated drawings soon that make it all clear.

Well thats easy enough, i'll dig around and find a stock map or tip. So the main wiring change is the blue wire that went to the tps now goes to a presure sensor (tip)...?

Yes. But, I still need to test this on a stock PCM / turbo car to make sure that is ok. My S3 car didn't complain about the TIP sensor being re-purposed, but I don't know for sure about stock PCMs.

They are exactly the same.

Just matters what software you load on it to tell it what to do.

Good news: I had a great test drive today. The car was lots of fun again. Solid boost when I wanted it, very small overshoot, nice learning, and no messing around with settings.

I'll package up the code tomorrow and post it up for people who want to test it out. I'll try and update the instructions as well to show the new wiring. But, the new 3d drawings of the vacuum lines will take some more time.
