if so, how would the wiring differ?

The WOT Box gets wired into the ignition coils, TPS, crank position sensor and clutch switch.

The Boost Box gets wired into the WGA solenoid, TPS, MAP sensor and OBD.

Full installation instructions will be posted hopefully tonight.

You can use the WOT Box and Boost Box at the same time, you just need two boxes. That is what I have on my car right now.

Yes, it can replace your existing boost controller.

It does not use the PCM to control boost. It manually controls the WGA solenoid to adjust how much boost the turbo makes, just like other EBCs do.

The wiring is different, but the box is the same. You can turn one into the other just by reloading the software and rewiring. But, you can't do both at the same time. There are not enough wires.

So an a existing WOT box user can flash/install boost box software onto the existing WOT box to check this out? Wiring will need to be re-done but I understand that part.

That is correct.

You can grab an extra wiring harness from our website if you want to make it easier to install. N2MB Racing

Hey guys, quick question.

How does this work with Mopar Toys on the Stage 2 & 3 kits? Leave it in DAB 3?

Your DAB setting won't matter. You can set it anyway you want. The PCM won't be controlling boost.
