i plugged in the boost controller and it wont get a signal, and my computer says i need a driver to run it
Yes. You need drivers for the USB to serial adapter. They are available on the WOT Box software page... That reminds me that I need to put them on the Boost Box software page....
Only catch is that in the current version, if you are messing with the duty cycle table, you have to click "write" on that screen, not back on the main screen.... I'm fixing that now...

good deal, i thought it was that way, but wanted to make sure
ok the normally open port will go to the bottom of the wastegate.the com port will go to a pressure source like the turbo. the naturally closed port will be vented to atmosphere.
if you arent sure which port is which blow through them. the one that you cant blow through will be the nc port
sounds like its just set up as it would be for a conventional Internal wg set up. to energize the solenoid, it just need a completed circuit, correct? i am more worried about the wiring for the solenoid than the WG lines.
edit: i thought i read in one of the boost box threads someone ran their WG lines as though they were running a manual boost controller on the bottom port of the external WG.
