Default If You Like Our Products Or Us Please Give Some Feedback

I'm a BIG believer in making sure all customers are taken care of. Going from a regular SRT owner looking for parts for my car to being an actual vendor/dealer, I know both sides of the fence. Because of this, N2MB Racing takes customer service very serious and treat everyone as an individually as important as the next guy.

Whether you purchased a light bulb or had a complete turbo kit done by us, everyone is equally important. Jay (N2MB) for those who don't know, does the major auto work. He with another member Pat (MrGonja) work their butts off building performance cars and making sure every install & service is done professionally and often over the expectations of the customer. My job is to keep it all together, maintain the balance and handle customer sales. Yes, every single item shipped is taken care of solely by me so thats my chicken scratch on all packages

I do my best to answer each & every post and respond with the best possible answer that I can. Of course each time being completely honest. I check ALL my pm's & emails and respond accordingly each and every day. Normally a few times a day. Don't be afraid to contact me for anything! I never turn my back on anyone! If there's something bothering anyone and/or feels we can improve on something, feel free to share with us! We are new and ready to step up and go beyond anyone you have done business with.

Going to the title of the thread. If anyone has done business with us, take the time to post a trader rating and/or leave us some feedback! We enjoy listening to what others have to say to us. Do we need improvement? Let us know. N2MB Racing is growing rapidly and without our customers we are nothing! Thanks for reading & hope to continue doing business with all of you in the future!

My S3R install went perfectly. You guys were even willing/able to shuffle your schedules around to fit me in on a Saturday morning with only two days advance notice.

I found out about these guys not too long ago while looking into who I'll trust to do my DBB 50 install. They answered all of my questions very promtply, reflashed and installed my S1 for me over the weekend real quick, and invited me to meets. I really look forward to doing business with these guys in the future!!

N2MB Racing is the best place to go for installs. They installed my stage 2 and did a perfect job. I plan on going there for all my mods even though their 53 miles away from me! Thanks guys.

They installed my e-01 and did an amazing job! Vacuum lines redone, my solenoids are out of view, and all wires were taped up tightly... too bad I gotta cut some of them open to get my tach signal

A big Thumbs up too N2MB Racing!!! If you want too start out a company in this business these guys have it all figured out.The best customer service and support I have ever come accross.Very Knowledgeable.I had them install my Maddog 58% STS because I wanted too make sure the rod brakes where adjusted correctly. They did the install quick and took the time too talk too me about all the questions I had on future installs. While he was taking a tranny apart with the owner watching, he explained how everything works in the transmission before and while he was working on it.Very informative.I'm going back next week for my Dtecfcbc and tuner wideband install. Thanks N2MB.
