I am going to be buying your kit at some point. The thing is I don't think I need to have an emissions test for at least a year and a half. I guess when you guys are stocked up on parts and the wait will only be a couple of weeks, let me know and I will paypal.
Oh, another thing my car is hibernating in storage until march or april. How would I be able to confrim that I sent you the block off connector and recieve my core charge back.

We are currently working on a new design that is smaller, lighter, less complicated, uses less power and most importantly, less expensive. It will also not require the C4 block-off connector, so there will be no core charge.
Here are some spy shots of our first prototype...
(Key to my car not included!)
However, we have not completed testing on this design yet, so we do not know if it will work.
Unfortunately, the development and testing of this design has pushed back our earliest delivery date to about Feb 1st. We weighed the options and we thought people would be willing to wait if it gave them a better product for less money.
If you need something sooner, let me know and we can send you a loaner unit.
I apologize for the delay and hope to get these done soon...
Thumbs up for less complicated, less expensive, and no core. I have a couple years before my first emissions inpsection so time isn't a worry for me yet, but I'll be in the market for this item when it's ready.
i'd buy one but i'm afraid here in cali, the test only centers would recognize the stage3 turbo, not to mention the fuel rail is very obvious, i will fail the "visual" on the spot!!
so come smog time, i may have to swap back to stock turbo, fuel rail/injectors and pcm anyways

Unless someone has been very well trained, specifically on the SRT4 (which is very unlikely), There is no way that they will be able to determine that the Stage 3 turbo and fuel rail is an aftermarket setup.
From what I have heard, the '05 cars will likely need an automatic transmisison simulator as well. I have not tried it on an '05 car, but everything seems to look the same. I don't have any reason why it wouldn't work...

Cool. Yeah, we figured people would like the new idea.
I just need to get the code cleaned up and finish the testing. Preliminary testing looked good...
Unfortunately, I don't have time to work on this until Jan 15th...
Well... as usual... If anyone needs me, I'll be in the basement. Oh wait. No, I mean, if you need a trans sim now, give me a shout and we'll work something out.

REally, a lot of factory trained techs would'nt detect Stage 3, let alone a emmisions station guy. This would be the last of my worries. No wya can these guys possibly remmeber the underhood specifics of every car on the road.
CAtch can, CAI,, those things stick out, but the Stage 3 turbo is so close to stock appearance thats its really innocuous.
