I wasn't getting meth either the other day, I just hard wired the pump to make sure it worked then replaced a terminal on boost switch then she was workin. Hopefully its just something cheap like the terminal. 21 for $1.99.

ima drill out the bleed hole on the mbc slightly larger for better response
gunna loosen then tighten all clamps. check my manifold/wg
i will turn the boost up. fix my meth. and might adjust my cams.
i prefer to wait on my cams adjusted till my ems is installed.

Crank the fuel pressure way up and see if you can pull some of it from down low. We just got done tuning a locals car in the start boost and mid range and he gained 150 RPM of spool time. I want to play with his car some more to see if I can get it to spool a little earlier. I know that we can get this turbo to spool by 3200 with a good tune and some cam adjustments.
Mike if you are running rich at your start boost you and I both know that will hurt the spool time (no expanding gases because your to rich at start boost). So get some more boost and either add fuel pressure (may make the problem worse) or borrow someones bigger injectors for a while. Trust me when you hit the sweet spot with this set up its a real eye opener.

I want to add one more thing. Just wait till you try 22 or 24 psi, your going to shit your thong right through the floor of your car . No but really I am serious, this turbo just starts to wake up around 19 to 20 psi and having felt one running at 22, its flat out amazing. It runs so good that I am thinking about pulling the big wheel stage 3 off my car and doing one for the wifes car. It has impressed me that much.

itll be tuned to 23psi. pump/meth. 20* at spoolup rising to 24-25 at redline. 7300rev limiter. afters no higher than 11.5-11.8 at spoolup, and 11-11.5 at redline
then will do a race/meth tune at 26psi. 18* at spool, rising to 22 at redline.
i got 'er all figured out for the dyno tuning time...
if i can crack 500 at 26-27psi ill be happy. considering it takes about 28psi on a 50trim to do 480's i see no issue w/ 500 at 26...
ems might go on next weekend. if so, ill swap 750s in and turn the boost up to 20.
i already made a timing map to fit my likings. just gotta dial in my idle tune when it goes on the car
