ok, i know that some of this has been said before but you didnt say that you checked it.
so have you checked
you exhaust manifold?
you exhaust flange to ware your turbo's exhaust housing bolts to?
Boost leaks?
Vaccum leaks?
try running a vaccum line right off the turbo stright to the bottom of the wastgate.
check the turbo's shaft play.

didnt you get a dump tube made?

my boy just just 1 made for 25$ :

ima probably get new dump made...2" straight back.

so i lowered the boost today...to 17psi. perfect afr's in 3rd w/ ZERO fuel control. 11.5 falling to lower 11s near redline. it pulls Fawkn hard. feels about 20psi on my 3147...

spool was full boost at like 3900. ill just wait to see whats up w/ spool till next week. till then, ima have fun on 17psi w/ no tune. :p

yea right about that I looked around because they dynoed a bone stock srt-10 truck at 387 which with .12% puts it dead on with dynojet #s
Also that was done with just enough clamped to where the dtec is telling the car is only seeing 18.5-19 when its really just tipping 21 with a low 9afr
I can't wait to tune it with my sct prp

have you used the software yet, or know one that does/has?

the prp isnt exactly user friendly. timing map table is boo boo. everything is in KPa. unless you know how to change resolution, dont expect to tune past 6500 efficiently.

after i saw it first hand, i said F that and bought an EMS 2days later.

goodluck w/ it.

forsure. as long as you got the resources.

just a heads up...the timing map blows.

the last 2 rows jump from 18psi to 29psi, and nothing inbetween to tune. afaik, just changing the values on the map doesnt "change" the actual value. hopefully he can figure that oout and change it.

i dont know if it makes a difference or not but there also sponsering me on this because we co-funded the full advantage software so i still only spent 1000$ but there gonna give me full use of the software as i need it as i made that investment
i also dont plan on tuning past 6500 from what i saw theres a lot of work to do so but i think my guys will be able to pull it off if i deside to
you ever see tec3r? its kpa and there 1st time seeing it they tuned a 10krpm turbo 1.6 crx from scratch

im all about usability, and dont have the resources like you do w/ the sct. im on my own out here, and plan on pretty much tuning my EMS from scratch.
