These are just prototypes for fitment but I should have a set installed on a car in the next 2 weeks with some dyno results to back up the gains (Kevin are you game for this?). With a stock block and stock head we hope to see well over 450 WHP and very close to 500 WHP on race gas.

cant this be done already?

i was thinking the same thing...whatever though, it is a sick setup for sure.

I can see a tubular mani making maybe 10-20whp more, max....but 30-50whp over a log???

seems a bit high

He was probably just referring to my car since all I could get was 404/406 from my last dyno on the log manifold. With the combo of the bigger piping from the turbo into that downpipe and the addition of the manifold hoping I can get nice results. With the combination of the manifold and the piping the air will flow nicely so depending on the boost I run it could get around a 30-50 gain with it being open like it is. I dont think he was referring as not being done before and wanting to be the first to hit it on stock block and stock head. Edit: of coarse to monitor exactly how much is gained would take too long and too much money...so I know I wont be doing that much testing Just bolt it on and get it tuned

Sounds high but very very true. The ms3 has a equal length available that is dyno proven 30whp. Thats on a small turbo too. Full race manifolds have proven over and over again that equal length manifolds built right add big power at the same boost level. ive seen 30-75whp on honda and nissan motors. the potential is there. Good stuff John.

I agree, I had a bar type mani and 3" exhaust and just had the DNP TUBULAR AND A 3.5" exhaust put on..w/the log style I was using spring boost @ 18lbs and getting 473whp...with the DNP and larger exhaust my 38mm wastegate couldn't hold 18lbs and boost creep went to 26lbs w/27 degres of timing and 93oct I got 548whp!!!! turbo size...s362

whp doesnt blow motors bud. What will be really cool is the fact that you will be able to hit 425-450 on pump LOW BOOST. No need for more on the street. it will just get slower. Wheel spin will just get worse.

well what I meant is by lifting the head is what I would mainly be worried about. The tune will be good there is no doubt about that, but lifting the head is the only thing worried about. I plan on keeping it around 430-450 on pump...well hope thats what I can get. We will see though.

There is going to be a huge gain from the o2 housing as well. The sharp bend is gone right after the turbo and we open up to 3" right away. The manifold will add the 20 or 30 for sure but the O2 will be good for yet another 20 WHP easy.
