Default Tubular big turbo kit??? Could it be???

Yes this is your set up Kevin.

There are several that have been trying to get DP's and what not put together for the DNP tubular manifold for the last month. We should be ready for production in the next week or 2. This kit will work with either the Kinetic/PTP big turbo kit or the AGP big turbo kits. It has the relocation kit for the 38mm WG and we are getting a kit put together for the 44mm WG as well.

We are going to try and market this kit at $1299, it will come with everthing to swap your big turbo kit over to a tubular equal length kit. Kit will contain:

DNP Manifold
O2 housing/down pipe
3 o2 bungs (UP, DOWN and WB bungs)
dump tube
All the necessary gaskets to do the install

The whole kits is built out of T304 and/or T316 treated stainless steel. We will be installing support brackets for the DP to keep cracking at a minumum and the DP material is 14 gauge not your standard 16 gauge (.083 for 14 gauge and .065 for 16 gauge). We will offer a complete 50 trim kit as well for $2149 and DBB 50 trim for $749 more.

These should be good for another 30 to 50 WHP over your standard log style manifold and if your going to go big turbo, might as well go big the right way the first time around.

These are just prototypes for fitment but I should have a set installed on a car in the next 2 weeks with some dyno results to back up the gains (Kevin are you game for this?). With a stock block and stock head we hope to see well over 450 WHP and very close to 500 WHP on race gas.

I will keep this thread up to date as we move forward with the progress of the car and final pictures will be done when we have it all ceramic coated for the customer (additional if you want this done to your kit).

Awesome sounds great to me. Yes once I get everything back and installed I will be setting up something with my tuner down here for tuning. The place I brought it to and dynoed a short pull had there system go under water so they lost everything...go figure So I cannot show that dyno sheet and compare from that one. However, I can show the older one where I did 404/406 located on your site here.... http://www.pt-performance.com/images...4ba3de74bd.jpg I do know that the turbo fully spooled 3700-3800rpm on the log style manifold before taking it off so we can use that and the above dyno numbers to compare a before and after. I know its not the same day comparisons, but hey who on this site has done a whole swap to compare back to back. If thats ok we can do that. I can see about doing a full tune on the log style then coming back with the tubular to compare...although would cost more money. Looks very good and looking forward to the final pictures!

That old dyno will work perfect, no need to do the extra leg work for a same day compairison. I will be shipping this to you very soon.

Thanks, when we don't have a car down to test fit we use this. There is even a firewall section that bolts to the head to make sure it all "fits" with out hitting.

The manifold is $500 anywhere you go, dump tubes are generally around $200+ with no cats for 3 inch tubing(he uses better piping so its even more), O2 housings are generally around $250 or more..this also is jigged together with the down pipe, plus a custom waste gate dump tubes(agp) go for $125. Add in the time spent to custom make everything since nobody else offers a setup like this it is very well worth the price tag he has put on it considering he isnt making much off of it. He is here to give us srt folks high quality products at a good price. Him as well as any other vendor here do not make products to put themselves in the hole, but to make money. While he isnt making much money off of this he did put the time and effort into making this kit work for me and is now offering it to the rest of the srt4 community.

Priced stainless steel lately? There are 5 laser cut stainless steel flanges with this kit. Each flange is close to $50 each. 14 gauge stainless tube is about $65 to $80 a bend, we use 3 of them for this DP/o2 housing. Now throw in the all stainless dump tube and that should about sum up the price. Hell most the tubular manifolds are $1000 or more from some of the big names out there. DCR wants $1500 for his manifold alone. $1300 for a complete kit is not bad if you ask me.

Forgot to add the $65 flex section, all stainless.

Tubular manifold for stage 3? If you want to cut up your stock manifold we can make it happen. We have made a stock turbo bolt up to a log manifold, we can make a stage bolt up to a tubular unit if you have the money.
