I pulled the oil pan off today(was a bitch) and found nothing in the pan except oil so thats good. Tomorrow I should be able to do the leak down test. I have been working on my 1921 pickup truck though as well.....spent a good chunk on her. New carb, manifold, fuel pump and need to set timing etc tomorrow. 2000lb truck with over 500whp should scoot
Also sorry for calling john.....just let me know when I am able to send money over for the s362 with 60ar housing.
Man, I wish I could just pop over and help you fix your car... What exactly happened? Or did you figure it out yet?

I havent done a leak down test yet, but I pulled the oil pan yesterday to see if anything was in there. The reason I did is because john said there was a little bit of debris inside the turbo, but nothing bad and the seals were fine. So this leads us to believe something could be going out on the motor.....reason I need to do leak down. The only problem I may have for sure is the "spacer" oil kit thing I bought from john. I put the studs in the oil pan and began to torque things down. As soon as I put some torque on the nuts it just then went on "easy'. Meaning I could not tighten them anymore.....and whats even more weird is I could not loosen the nuts off!!! I dont know why, but they will not loosen and the stud isnt moving either. So since the stud isnt moving at all when i tighten or loosen the nut.....I guess its tight enough? Hell I dont know.....I am worried it will cause an oil leak.....almost feel like cutting the ends of the studs off and putting the dcr stuff back on.
Oh and what happened is my car smoked here and there...not during boost or letting off after a race, but in regular traffic where i hadnt boosted at all I would at times see some smoke. Pulled intake and intake manifold off...all dry.

Did you get the washers with your spacer and stud kit? Let me know because that could be the problem. Thanks.

70 AR housing, 62mm inducer and full spool at 3800 to 4000 RPM and if I brake boost the car I can get full spool at 3600 RPM or sooner. I have been working on the tune and as I get it dialed in more and more the spool seems to be getting better and better. I have to spend more time on the tune to see if I can get the 3400 to 3600 RPM spool that I was told I could get out of it.
I will post the mods up when we get off the dyno as well as some dyno charts with video.
Here are some pictures for you to enjoy.
We are now a BW dealer (not direct, just wholesaler) and we can get these turbos for $1150 retail to you. There are a ton of options for this and many other BW set ups. I will get these listed on the site here very soon. We can even get down to the 60 AR housing for the 300 series turbos if you want to have a very early spool time (we will be testing this turbo as well).
If you have any questions about this set up please ask.
Last, the power output that this thing puts out it crazy. 3rd gear is very crazy and 4th is just nuts. I am very very happy with it so far and suspect that we on the way to making our 600 WHP with this set up. Now if I just had another 1000 RPM of redline to play with....
That's some crazy looking setup you got there Jon. Hope you get the car fixed and back to the track soon.

If all goes well new items will be getting added this coming month with much more to post on next year. Shooting for 700 + WHP and some 10 second slips.
