Default Super 60 reviews.

I'm looking hard into this turbo, but can't find much about it. How are they holding up and what kind of power is being seen out of it? Thanks!

See I had a guy pm me and although he is breaking his motor in, at 3500rpms he's only seeing 5-7psi. I like the spool up characteristics you posted, but one he has told me has almost changed my mind.

What's your setup? You have ported head and cams? I know those would help with spool.

My setup is stock block with DCR headgasket, DCR oil system, DCR oil flow modifier, DCR ported stock intake mani and t-body, ARP headstuds with DCR upgraded bolts and washers. I'm going to be running Fidanza cam gears on stock cams. I'm hoping the intake mani, t-body, and some cam gear adjustments will help me spool whatever turbo I end up with alittle faster.

Thanks for any info guys!

Alot has to do with what you have your boostcontroller set on,and what kind.
With my old 50 trim with a greddy type S electronic boost controller...I could have the boost set at 15 psi and it wouldn't full spool untill around 3800rpms,but if I turned it up to 24psi,it would full spool around 3500rpms. Why it does that,I don't know...maybe it closes the wastegate faster????

That would be Drastic and he needs to turn up the boost, when that happens he will be OMG with the way it spools. We have 4 people running kits now and all of them are stating spool under 3600 and one claiming 3200 with a tubular manifold. More to come when we get the cars on a dyno.

no, its a bigger wheel from borg warner...

something between a s258 and s362...

vids of 18psi at 3500. w/ a wheel this large (gt35r is a 61lb wheel, so this is slightly larger)...

if my turbo is that much laggier, then something is up. zero boost leaks, so ill have to dive into the car.
