Enjoy it while it lasts. When I started running consistant 11.4's I was like John said "tickled pink"... that was until after about the 8th pass (3 trips to the track) when the officials came over and banned me from the track.
Nice job guys.
*edit* Did I make the cut John?
Roll cage is already installed (I made these numbers with it in) and I am looking into a fire jacket right now

down here even if you run high 11s but have 127-130mph traps they'll come give you the lecture
good job buddy...keep the good work up. Gives alot of S3 owners a higher bar to step up to.

You always make the cut. The car in question is set up to run 10.50's with cage and everything so he should not be getting pulled from the track until he is running that fast (god I hope).

Really? That sucks. Up here they don't start freaking out if you have a cage and everything till the 140's. At 150 you have to have a licence and chute. FL really gets all bent out of shape with fast cars.

Yes they do. SLowpoke got bent over for an 11.9 without a jacket. That's another reason I never wanted to go faster than 11.50 b/c my wife daily drove the car, my kids ride in it, and I pretty much just refuse to put a cage in it to begin with. So hopefully in the next few months, I'll be right at the envolop with a TD04 and no nitrous.
In the mean time, those are great numbers man. Just take it slow, and make the car faster and faster safely.

damn, eat my words, why a firejacket? pretty sure NHRA rules don't require it till 9.99 with a "OEM turbocharged" car with "OEM" firewall. I would probably throw the book at them for that.
racingjunk.com if you do need to get a jacket though.
You got pics of your cage? over the past few months i thought I saw every caged cars pics and yours dosen't come to mind.

Sorry bro, not trying to make you eat your words
I will take some pics and post them up soon. It is just a four point that can be made into a 6,8 or 10 point quite easily. My buddy Steve (GLH here on the forums) made it for me. It is real simple just a hoop and two bars going back to just below the upper deck and a couple support braces inside the hoop...Thanks for the link on the firejacket. Yeah my track told me to get one right after they saw my times and they saw I had the cage (rollbar) in place. n
I just read our tracks rules again and they say "8.50-11.49ET MUST HAVE A SECURELY MOUNTED FIRE EXTINGUISHER" so I am going to install one of those this week as well

Stage 3 upgrade $649.50
Core: $799.00
Now you can lean out your Mopar stage 3 and keep it on stock boost and fuel control. The SST/STG3 gets a 50lb per hour compressor wheel which is a gain of 8 to 10lbs an hour. What does that mean, more air volume at less PSI. So you no have more air to burn and the turbo doesn't have to work as hard to get it there. The exhaust wheel gets clipped to reduce back pressure and help speed up the boost time. Ported inlet makes sure that you get 100% of the additional power offered with this turbo.
We have seen 50 WHP gains with this turbo upgrade and have yet to see any one max out this set up (turning up the boost has caused stage 3 to run out of fuel). If you decide to turn up the boost a bigger fuel pump and larger injectors will be needed.
Many have made something similar but no one has come close to the 50lb wheel that we have working effectively in the stage 3 turbo. Most others offer 42 or 44 lb wheels, not us. Go big or go home. 450 to 485 WHP should be very easy to hit with this set up if you have proper port work done and the fuel and tuning to max out the turbo. Don't be fooled by the price, you are getting much more then what you pay for.
12 month warranty against deffects in the work performed (any debris hits on either of the turbo wheels or debris in the oil feed line voids the warranty) as normal with all our turbo upgrades.
