at 12psi you won't be putting down much HP at all ... all of the power will be peak power & the lag will kill you

a stock turbo car with bolt ons would pull on a 50 trim at 12 psi

wideband, exhaust system, fuel system, suspension, clutch/flywheel, motor mounts and so on..........

The first fuel mod, pump are rewire kit. Then bigger injectors, then you will need to get a full return line with rail and bottle neck mod. This will allow you to run big boost so you will need a motor shortly after... I am kidding.

You will also need a wideband and a way to tune, weather it be a piggy back or EMS you will need something to tune the fuel system.

We will have a complete tubular kit, then if you want to add the "additionals" you can get the full fuel kit as well. The fuel kit will have,

bottle neck mod
Queasy
All the line precut and preassembled
Fuel filter (high flow)
Billet rail (6 or 8AN deppending on what kit you get)
4 different RR FPR's to choose from (800 WHP to 3000 WHP)
Directions and easy to install since no cutting, fitting or messing with the lines will be necessary.

The kit will be around $700 but if you were to piece a kit together it would cost even more so I feel that is a great deal for what you are getting.
