All large orders that have custom work getting done (manifolds, external gates, intercoolers, ect) have a 10% non-refundable fee. I have people pulling crap with PP refunds and other things that are making business more diffilcult then it needs to be. I should not have to contest Paypal's from those that decide they don't want parts but I have time and money invested into them, then I have to turn around and either inventory them or sell them at disscounted prices. This cost us money, so being the nice guy ends now. Any and all orders will be charged full cores, weather I know you or not. You will either have a core sent to us or I will be charging you for them. We have been dealing with this as a problem as well and its going to get solved today.

Thank you!!! I wanted to say that but didn't. I have been fighting this for months now and I have got many people stating that I have not refunded them but we have. So I have ot get a set policy in place to keep the problematic few in check but it effects the majority that follow the rules. Sorry.
