I just need a straight coupler as the pipe goes straight into it. I am not sure what size the piping is that comes from the intercooler to the TB. The piping is off of a SRT8 jeep if I remember....think its like 2.5 piping....about the same size as on a 60mm tb opening.
Hell yes it looks real good. I will get some numbers as soon as everything is together.
Till I get one I can just reuse the radiator hose that I have been using...it works wonders
That should work. How long does it have to be. I have 3" to 2.5" straight couplers sitting here. If thats all you need moving up to the bigger inlet will be easy.

it doesnt have to be that long at all. I think total would be 2.5 inches in length....the pipe I cut almost touches the tb inlet it is so close....well it was on the 60mm tb I had at least.
Thanks. I might have the coupler that you need sitting here in stock I just didn't know what angle or straight? Its 3" to 2.5" for the larger coupler. Let me know what you need and we can get you taken care of for sure. Pipe order showed up today and I will be getting the final part built for you here in a few days.
That manifold was a pure pain in the ass to port out. Must have ruined 2 bits getting it down to match the t-body. Looks good doesn't? Take care and get that thing all bolted together and get us some numbers, can't wait.
No pictures yet...maybe tomorrow. This weekend I spent pulling the tranny in the other car to change clutch. When that was pulled it ended up being the tranny So sunday I pulled tranny from junkyard and installed and just got going today. The flange came in for the turbo so I am going to head to race shop and have them make the braided line I need. Then get home install the line, TB, flash to new firmware, retune, then make a exhaust vid

Yea I need a new coupler...hope the guy at the place I am getting the line made has one there for me.....if not oh well I will just get some radiator hose.
TB Closed
TB Open
Close up open
Pipe installed
Line that I am replacing that was burned
So I was not able to hook up the line shown in the picture I had the line made, but I still need an -10 AN fitting on the end that has a barbed fitting on the end like this....
This way I can use a small portion of the hose to go on back of block then just put the fitting in the hose to make a solid connection. The problem is finding that barbed fitting. I have briefly checked summitracing and jegs, but no luck so far.
