ptperformance@comcast.net (please do not PM me and email me for a quicker answer. I check them at the same time every week).
Hours are 9AM to 6PM M-F Saturdays are hit or miss if we pick up the phone. Best time to get a hold of anyone is from 9AM to 1PM on the phone, after that it get a little crazy in the shop causing a lot of missed phone calls.
ptperformance will be checking PM's and e-mails Tues, Thrus, and Saturdays as well as calling those back that we had missed on the phone. You will not be able to contact me by phone on Mondays, Wednesdays or Fridays. So be sure to keep track of what day you are trying to get a hold of John or ptperformance here on the forums.
I hope that this will keep a much happier line of communication open with our customers allowing us to stay in contact and get the information that you guys are in need of. We will be adding additional people to handle the phones after 1PM if it continues to stay busy. Thanks.
