Hey guys,well after waiting quite sometime (about a month,which is the normal wait time) my BEAUTIFUL Intimidator Manifold shows up via the Mailman.Oh if that mailman only knew what he was carrying...lol.Anyways,the manifold is going on Tuesday along with a Forward Motion Reflashed PCM(B & G ) and a FBM Race Ported Intake Manifold.MUAHAHAHAHA!!! My mods are in my sig,306WHP is what I put down on pump.With the I-Mani,FM PCM,FBM Intake Mani and a 50/50 mix of 93/110 octane im aiming for 350WHP with my E1 turbo.Hopefully this Manifold will do the trick to taking me to the 350WHP mark I would like to hit.Here are a few pics I snapped...
In this picture you can see where John cut the stock elbow,and welded in the new elbow that baby jesus also used on his exhaust manifold..
Very nice Ceramic Coating,this isnt the cheap stuff guys...this is very high quality.Pictures cannot show how good this coating really is,you HAVE to see it in person!!
Heres where John did alot of portwork to the Exhaust side of the mani,for those of you who are a little confused right now...this is where the 02 Housing bolts up (HA newbz...).
Runners....not sure exactly how much material was removed here but hey it looks good!
Like I said earlier in the post,install day is Tuesday and Wednesday next week so I will keep everyone updated,especially John at PTP once I get it installed and tuned.Lets hear some responses here!!
That thing is beauiful! I am trying to get John to do that to my Twin Turbo manifold from DCR. No answer yet.

Thats crazy,I could only imagine an I-Mani TT Setup.Quick question for John at PTP or anyone else...
Do you guys think im going to need more fuel than I already have?I have the DCR Pump,Return line,S2 Injectors,03' Rail,etc etc.Like usual any help will be greatly appreciated,thanks guys.

Yeah I know I should have gone externally gated,but my FM WGA holds boost like that shits going out of style son,not to mention an Externally Gated unit sounds like DOG SHIT when your WOT.Sorry if im bashing here,but I cant stand the way the external wga dump sounds like.Just loud and obnoxious,I like the crisp,smooth boost sound the motor makes at WOT.My FM WGA will hold up though,it only drops 2psi at redline.Anyways...Christian do you think im gonna need more fuel then I already have?
Oh BTW I have a DO Progressive kit its just not installed on the car yet,I dont think im going to if I can hit 350WHP with some race gas....

if you're on s2's...get 650s. i ran out of fuel at 320 w/o a returnline and my IDC's were at 88%
i put in 650s w/ the same setup, and dropped down to 50%.
and a meth kit is a MUST w/ these small turbos at anything above 21psi IMO. w/ how much boost you run, and how fragile these lil modded stockers are, you need to keep EGT's down as much as possible. EGT's will kill a turbo in an instant if it gets out of hand (on these type of turbo's to say the least) .
ive felt what my car runs like at 25psi and my meth off. it ran like pure DOG SHIT.
i added a bigger intercooler, and another m5nozzle in my fmic end tank. the car now feels stronger at 23psi, than it did at 25psi on my other setup.
and i cant even hear my ext. gate open. my dump far exceeds the noise level of my wastegate.

Christian - Yeah I know what you mean,alot of people keep telling me that about the Meth.I have the 2 bar,do you think that would be alright?Im going to order an M5 Nozzle pretty soon and hook everything up.I know it will add alot,I just dont know really how the whole thing is going to work when im trying to just daily drive with the Meth on and what not.I just have to research more into it thats all really...

doesn't that huge ported exit on the o2 housing side mess with the velocity? I thought I remember reading something about Realtune's testing and that the air flow is critical in that area?
