Heres the pictures. Map Sensor ![]() Tip Sensor ![]() Clamp after I sleeved and heatshrink tubed. ![]() Wires soldered correctly on MAP ![]() Wires soldered correctly on TIP ![]() Map all taped up. ![]() Tip all taped up.

I will get a sticky up of the HOW TO for the map clamp but I still need everyone to check the votage on the wires before the install. |

Key on engine off it should be 2.1 to 2.4 volts. That is why I put some wording in the new directions for the install. I even ran across an 03 that didnt have a orange wire going to the MAP sensor for the 5 vlt refference. There seems to be some changes that have really screwed with the car or the harnesses didnt have good quality controll. |

The blue wire was the correct one 2.32V with ignition on. I thought with the clamps I wasn't suppose to be able to throw p0234 overboost codes?
I did in 4th gear at 19psi... TIP sensor is clamped shouldn't I have 0 overboost codes?

There is however a PTB code it will throw (similar to an overboost code). And if you dont have the clamp set low enough it will still set overboost codes. Hence the PCM is shooting for 12 and the clamp is set for 16, you get a code. |

i got P0234 tip overboost performance and P2074 manifold /throtle pressure correlation (ptb problem)
ok i'm still in adjustment phase and it is lots of ptb and spiking so P2074 seem ok...for P0234...not supposed to exist ..but like you said maybe caused by ptb

Seems like there might be another problem. The p0234 seems to be a PTB issue and I am working on a fix for that right now. |

And i got the 2 code at the same time again. (now i'm stage 2 WG and EBC)
