Default help!!! SST v2 turbo question

guys now that it is getting warmer i have turned my boost on my sst turbo back up to around 19lbs. after i did this i took it for a run down the highway and when the turbo hits 19lbs there is like a 2-3 second hesitation in boost then it kicks back in. today i turned down the boost a bit to see if it still does but i wont have an update til this afternoon. any suggestions?

I had the same problem and it was a exhaust leak at the 02 housing. but could prob be a boost leak check the hotside pipe thats connected to the turbo!

i was running 19 lbs this past summer. i turned it down to 15 for the winter and now im back to 17-18 lbs currently with no hesitation. but when i put it back up to 18 - 19 lbs it hesitates at full boost for approx. 3 seconds then kicks in. only leak i have with a boost leak tester is my tb. it leaks at the top of the tb where there is a indented circle.

Plug gap?
Wires?
Bad gas?
Knock counts?

Lots that it could be, get a complet list of mods including fuel and we can go from there.

I have a similar issue at 18psi. If I am crusing and down shift and hit WOT, I get no knock, afr's seem to stay steady around 14.7 -15.0 but boost hits 19psi and stay there for a few seconds then the afr's pull down to 11.5-12 and the car moves like a bat outta hell. Its almost as if the PCM is taking awhile to recognize WOT and adjust timing.

i have an agp wastegate non pcm controlled, mopar rice plate, stage 1, needswings dp v5, k&n drop in, no fuel mods, and obviously sst turbo. i recently sold my a/f gauge but when i had the setup last year with the gauge and running 18-19 lbs the a/f #'s were good.

i heard some people talk about getting bad gas....and the gas has some water in it and it makes it hesitate or seem like its missing.....my brother had it happen to his ford f-250 where there was water in the fuel and it got so bad the car wouldnt start....so they had to drop the tank make sure all the gas was out and then they had to put in some new injectors....then it fixed the problem....but it could be really anything like the fuel filter or something...if you figure yours out before i do let me know and ill let you know too...keep me posted
