Here you go guys. Its all done and ready to start production. Here is the problem, there is a 3" on 3.5 U bend that we need to use to make this, these cost damn near $100 a pop, not to mention the flanges, and the other 3" 90 degree tight radius bend that we needed to use. There is close to $200 in materials alone so I can not see selling these for anything under $300 ish dollars when its all done. So, if you must have a 3" o2 housing for your Hann 20g set up we can do that for you. Let me know guys if this is going to work for you, thanks.
Great job!! I recieved a 3" O2 from Scott at Maxxfab, he's a friend and wanted to test out the benifits of the 3" on the 20G and at the dyno I got an extra 15WHP!!! It created alittle more lagg but hit like a hammer! Maxxfab never put it into production due to being very busy. They are a bitch to make for the 20G so thumbs up on offering these!

That is what we were expecting for the gains and the venturi that we have used at the turbo should keep spool up in check with out to much of a difference. I would love to put these into production and I will have a few made up and sitting on the shelfs, the only real problem is going to be price, there is just to much that goes into building one. But if it gets another 15 to 20 WHP that is only $16 per WHP. Thats not that bad.

Well I will leave this up to nutz. Its his o2 housing and I can get another one made for him ASAP. If he doesn't mind I will send you this one for a great price but you have to get before and after dynos ASAP. If that works for you PM me for a price and lets wait for nutz to jump in here and state what he feels about this....
Your price is right on..I believe the one I have was going to be sold at $320-$330 range. Each one is custom (there is no machine to stamp these out) and knowing all the hard work put into these for quality fit, weld and WHP gains it is worth every penny for 20G owners
Im surprised a local of mine hasnt jumped on this. I ve sent him a pm w/ the link on this thread as he was bugging jeff (our canadian vendor of ptp products) about the 3" hahn o2 housing.
