i dunno if it's been mentioned... but my 20g... from hahn.... has a 10cm rear housing... and the exit on the 02 housing connection is about 2.25" in diameter.....

it's a 3 bolt flange and can be milled/machined larger (the outlet from the turbo)...

i actually received a 3" 02 housing.. .and the bolts couldnt go on due to the tight 90 degree angle.. (tried everything in the book... including taking some of the studs out)...

i'll eventually go with a v-band (3") and have the local guys from fully built help me out w/it (and porting/opening the exhaust diameter a lil more)

good luck w/it... i'm definately down as long as the price is right..

i've wanted to get a 3" donut from RRE (roadraceengineering) and get my welder to fab one up with some larger diameter flanges...

funds are low lately... so its all on the back burner...

cheers and good luck... i've subscribed....

This why you use a smooth flow adapter coupler. This way I can go from 2.25 to 3" very smooth with out having to use different v-band clamps or more expensive flages. I will post pictures when we are closer to getting something done here.

Thanks, these are a major pain in the ass to get fitted correct. There is no room what so-ever to fit these back there. I will have to say that this should net some good gains considering that the stocker sucks monkey nuts that Hann sends with there kits.
