So for a stock turbo. I don't think I need the sensors. I know i wont be taking past 18. Or Would it still benefit to have them on?
its nice to have for growth. Trust me... i was content with 18psi... then 21... then 21 on nitrous... then D44, then D44 on 26psi and meth... now d44 on meth, race gas, nitrous and 28psi
You will never have enough!

With the stock turbo, not really, but then again, you might have plans for growth that would make use of them later on. So, maybe (sorry I don't have a better answer than that).

Your insane. Lets get the record for 28 psi DSP tuned and race gas, then we can take a look at getting your N2O hooked up, your clutch is going to hate you. Oh, wait... you are not running a DSP tune from us .

you have to load the dsp to your handheld and then send a file then he adjusts it... you should just get a base tune on the car so you don't blow up going WOT first time.
