how do you figure that not everyone has gone bad i have one of the first 3 i just made 315hp and 370tq on pump gas on s0 and i dont have 3inch exhaust yet
the main thing that is wrong is the ic. it is being too restrictive for what he is trying to flow through it. also get more mods to open up the car like, ported im,tb, intake,80/20 mix. all those will help you get over the hump. also grab a safc 2 and run 110 during hom, tune for mid 11's (to avoid kick out of hom) and the car should rip.

I think that the stock air box becomes a liability long before most people think. When you start pushing more air via SST or Enforcer then a good CAI or SRI is a must, it made a huge difference for me. 135 degrees is high for having W/A injection, are you sure it is working properly? Check the pump and pressure switch as well as the filter on the nozzle and check valve. The stock intercooler flows decently but heatsoaks very quickly and needs 30 minutes to cool, a good direct fit would be a wise investment. Ditch the BC, run a line directly from the turbo to the wga and set it to spike 23 or so psi and it should hold 20 psi without problems. Double check your plugs and gap, .035 works best for me at similar boost levels to you. Good luck to you. How does it feel when you romp on it on the street?
i would check to make sure your W/I is working with w/i on my car im close to 32 degrees of timeing at 6k out of HOM your timing is killing you no more pcm controlled boost and double check your w/i and see if that helps
at WOT in 4th in 90degree weather my IAT never broke 100 with W/I all i have is a 100psi pump and a m3 and a m1 nozzle and that was on stock turbo at 22-23psi spike
and about the SST comment i have a old one and its running good ive got like 5-6k on it so far
dont question why, just go find a good intercooler.you will never make 300 on a stocker.5 minute cool down isnt enough time for the motor to cool down enough either if you are trying to hit a number.it was probably fat because it was heat soaked.135 intake temps is crazy high! 28* of timing is also very low for a hom map

well then why did glhtoo make 340 on a stocker with a V1 SST and a 200 degree IAT i wouldnt say never when it has happened before while the stock intercooler is crap unless it is plugged up some how that wouldnt be the reason hes not hitting 300

340 on 200* iat's??? im sure im not the only one that questions that
thats not telling me anything....im not trying to be a dick but im trying to help out the original poster.
let me help explain this cause i think you are a bit confused, the picture of the iats and timing is with the car off....heatsoaking.there is no way that you can make over 300whp running with 200* intake temps.
as far as the numbers go i made 414whp and 464 wtq on a 75 shot with a stock fuel system,no return,no piggyback,no injectors..tuned off the fuel jet.
i can gaurantee you that his intake temps were half that when the car was running.the 200* like i said was heat soak
and to the original poster as well, you are also probably running a tad too much boost....as well as too big of a meth nozzle.for the amount of air you are flowing i cant see you needing more than an m3 nozzle at the most.
is the meth injection even working the temps seem high .....are you spraying before or after the sensor i hear spraying before will help timing when the ecu sees colder temps ...
