Default Dissapointed by dyno today, need help

Max pwr 267.35
Max tqe 294.60

SST & ported mani (first batch)
Stage 2 w/toys
Devilsown w/i M5 nozzle 60/40 meth set to spray at 10psi
ptp wga and BC 23 falling to 20 at redline
map clamp
maxxfabb 3in turbo back SSE
stock airbox and intercooler
checkvalve

Im kinda dissapointed i didn't hit over 300 today. I had 0 Kr according to my techgauge. Peak iat's that run was 135 deg. My afr was 12.5 falling to 11.3 at redline. My timing was 28 deg at redline. I'll post the sheet as soon as i figure out my fiance's scanner. What am i doing wrong?

135deg seems pretty hot.. but everything else seems ok.. u got good timing and u need to lean out ur air fuel a tad uptop. My AIT's never get 10deg over ambient temp with my water/meth on.. but then again my IC is the size of my hood Change out that stock IC and watch the numbers go up.... Good luck

My meth is located a few inches from my tb,after the iat sensor. There are others slapping sst's on to a stg2 and hitting over 300 on computer control. I leaked tested and changed my plugs last night. Pipes are tight up to 24 psi, zipties are on every vac line i can find.

This was the best pull out of three. About 5-10 min was allowed for cooldown inbetween.

It could be that the stock ic, is killing it for you.
